WCCF Re-elects board and Advisory Council Leadership

The Waukesha County Community Foundation has recently re-elected its current slate of officers for the 2008-09 year.  Continuing as chairman of the board of directors is Betty Arndt, Oconomowoc, vice president of communications for Johnson Controls, Inc.  Arndt has served on the board since 2002. 

Also re-elected were vice presidents Ford Titus, Oconomowoc, President and CEO of ProHealth Care, Inc. and Jeff Wiesner, Waukesha, retired from Accenture, Inc.; secretary John Macy, Oconomowoc, partner with Arenz Molter Macy & Riffle, S.C.; and treasurer Keith Rupple, Muskego, retired vice president of Waukesha State Bank.  Dave Schultz, Mukwonago, was re-elected president.

Elected to a three-year term on the board of directors was Brian Dorow, Hartland.  Dorow is Associate Dean of Criminal Justice at Waukesha County Technical College.  Also elected recently is Mark S. Poker, attorney and partner with Michael Best & Friedrich LLP. Poker resides in Brookfield. Both have served on the Foundation's Advisory Council and with numerous community activities.

Seven directors were re-elected to 3-year terms.  They include: Arndt and Rupple, plus Anne Foster, Oconomowoc; Rhody Megal, Wauwatosa; John Raasch, Pewaukee; Ken Riesch, Waukesha; and Fran Wagner, Waterford.

Directors serve in a volunteer capacity to help the Waukesha County Community Foundation carry out its mission to serve charitable individuals, businesses and nonprofit organizations, with an emphasis on Waukesha County.

Also re-elected were 12 members of the Advisory Council, including Kathleen Gray and Jay Walt, Brookfield; Jane Stromwall, Mary Baer, Rich Lesniak and Ellen Langill, Waukesha; Mitch Kohls and Kristi Davis, Pewaukee; Marybeth Cottrill, Delafield; Curt Brewer, Wauwatosa; Dick Becker, Menomonee Falls; and Gretchen Stevens, Oconomowoc.  The Advisory Council is a group of community and business leaders with an interest in Waukesha County who serve as ambassadors for the Foundation.
